Performance: This role is responsible for delivering on all digital performance KPIs using an omnichannel strategy to meet and exceed company expectations. It focuses on the customer lifecycle, including awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and advocacy. This role has scope to extend to product performance initiatives in collaboration with the Digital Product Performance Specialist.

Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics to drive commercial and non-commercial performance for Device Technologies' digital products. This includes maintaining a 12-month marketing performance and content calendar, leading multi-channel marketing efforts, and optimising marketing automation and evergreen marketing. The role involves understanding and measuring key ecommerce metrics, developing innovative campaigns, and using enterprise-level platforms for marketing campaigns and performance reporting.

Stakeholder Management: Manage Business Unit stakeholder relationships to optimise digital channel activity, including product and brand launches, promotions, and customer engagement. Provide internal training and develop engagement opportunities to champion staff adoption and advocacy of digital products.

Analytics, Reporting, and Insights: Conduct periodical and ad-hoc ROI reporting of all marketing activities for digital products. Develop and present performance and actionable insights to internal senior stakeholders, critically assess marketing results, and utilise refinement and optimisation techniques to support future marketing performance. Analyse and research customer data and behaviour to convert learnings into marketing tactics to support the marketing strategy.

Able to demonstrate an ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset

5+ years relevant experience in Digital Product omnichannel marketing, specifically campaign planning and execution, and ideally for ecommerce websites (B2B preferable).

Be an action-oriented self-starter. Able to work independently, problem solve and apply good judgement according to deadlines and budgets.

High standard of written and verbal communication skills, including writing for digital.

Comfortable with data analysis. Proficiency in using spreadsheets, and experience using data visualisation tools is desirable.
