TAE Aerospace is a leading Australian aerospace company, delivering comprehensive aerospace support solutions to Defence and commercial aviation sectors. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented F135 Storeperson to join our team based at our Ipswich facility, supporting the F135 engine warehouse—a key logistics hub in the global supply chain for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program.

About the Role:

As a Storeperson in our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) warehouse, you will play a crucial role in the secure, efficient, and accurate handling of inventory across the full lifecycle of aerospace components. Working within a highly controlled Defence environment, you will contribute directly to our commitment to quality, precision, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch aerospace components and materials

  • Maintain accurate records and stock levels within our ERP system

  • Perform inventory checks and cycle counts

  • Package, label, and prepare items for shipment in accordance with Defence and international standards

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate logistics

  • Uphold strict compliance with quality, safety, and Defence security protocols

About You:

  • Previous warehousing experience, ideally within an MRO or Defence environment

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedural requirements

  • Forklift license (LF/LO) and warehousing certifications desirable

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Knowledge of and/or experience working with aeronautical product
