About the role
We are currently seeking experienced nursing staff to join the Cath Lab team at Calvary Launceston. Staff are responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care to patients undergoing cardiac and interventional cardiology procedures. This role involves both admitting patients to the unit and providing a high standard of post-procedural/post-anaesthetic care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Scrub/scout role
- Patient advocate
- Consistently and enthusiastically delivers high levels of patient service to exceed patient expectations
- Knowledge of and a demonstrated commitment to quality processes and evidence based practises, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to these improvements
- Practice in accordance with Calvary and relevant Government Health policies and procedures, the position description, Code of Conduct, industrial agreements and ANMC competencies
