Calvary Health Care Bethlehem
Calvary Health Care Bethlehem is a 32 bed health care facility providing a range of inpatient, community and ambulatory services for palliative care and progressive neurological conditions.
About the role:
An opportunity exists for enthusiastic and suitably Enrolled nurses. The position is working in St. Teresa’s Unit supporting patients with general palliative and neuro-palliative care needs, undertaking fixed Night Duty shifts.
Enrolled Nurse ~ 1.05 FTE (80 hours/fortnight) available, Permanent Part-Time (Night Duty)
- A patient and family-centred approach to care delivery.
- Competency in clinical assessment, consultation, liaison and care provision along a continuum of care.
- A strong commitment to customer service and risk management
- A commitment to their own learning and quality improvement
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism
- The ability to coordinate patient care
- The ability to identify and respond to the changing needs of individuals with a Progressive Neurological Disease & Palliative diagnosis
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Minimum 12 month clinical experience in an inpatient setting
- Registered with AHPRA
