You will be working in a large community team alongside an experienced Nurse Practitioner and a full-time advanced trainee registrar as part of a well-supported consultant team. This is a fixed term contract for a period of six months, commencing April 2025.
- 12-20 hours per week (Days to be negotiated)
- Participation in 2nd On Call Roster and will include Inpatient Ward Cover as required

About the role
To act as a member of the interdisciplinary team predominantly in the community, provide specialist palliative medicine support to ensure provision of compassionate patient centred care in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Calvary Health Care Bethlehem
What you bring
- Eligibility for registration as a specialist in Australia (pending specialist registration considered)
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or the Australian Chapter of Palliative Medicine or equivalent (pending Fellowships considered)
- Demonstrated and on-going entitlement to work in Australia
- Employees must undergo a National Police Record Check and/or a Working With Children Check in accordance with the CHCB Policy
About Calvary Health Care Bethlehem – Caulfield, Victoria
Calvary Health Care Bethlehem (CHCB) is a 32-bed public hospital providing a range of inpatient, community and ambulatory services for progressive neurological conditions and palliative care. The Statewide Progressive Neurological Disease (PND) service at Calvary Health Care Bethlehem offers a range of multidisciplinary assessment and management services for people with a diagnosed PND and is recognised as leader in this area.
