About the role
 
At our Mulgrave office we are currently recruiting for two part time Client Service Coordinator who will play a crucial role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring that our services are exceptional and delivered appropriately. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and employees promptly and courteously, providing clear and accurate information as well as rostering to ensure all clients are seen by our Support Worker.
 
Your main duties will include:
  • Demonstrate, and promote within the service centre, the philosophy of client centred care and the Calvary Customer Experience including the provision of a responsive and flexible service
  • Rostering client care and services with Support workers 
  • Establish and build rapport with all enquiries to Calvary Home Care
  • Adhere to timeframes for following up and resolving any open enquiries which have been escalated or which are awaiting input from Service Centre colleagues
About you
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to cope with multiple demands of phones, emails and schedules
  • Experience in Rostering 
  • Experience in Aged/Disability/Community sector
  • Digital literacy skills, in particular excel, emails and word processing with the ability to learn new systems
  • Strong customer service skills
