About the Role
Lead a hands-on theatre cleaning team and supervise day-to-day operations to meet strict infection-control standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside theatre cleaning staff to ensure all areas exceed hygiene and infection-control requirements

• Organising, instructing and supervising team members to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard

• Managing rosters and arranging shift replacements to maintain 24/7 coverage

About You

• Proven housekeeping experience, preferably in a clinical or surgical environment

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to infection-control protocols

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team

• Flexibility to work late-night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced setting
