Calvary North Adelaide Hospital is looking to employ General Services Assistant - Housekeeping, to join our friendly and supportive team. You will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude and an interest to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction.
On the job orientation and training will be provided. The role involves significant initial and ongoing mandatory training requirements both online and face to face. The role forms part of a large team of Hospitality Services staff. The successful candidate will be available to work predominately Monday to Friday with a 0600 - 1200 shift pattern
This is a Permanent Part Time position offering 55hrs a fortnight.
- Aid in the daily operation of the internal waste and linen streams within the hospital
- Ensuring compliance with internal recycling policies and procedures
- Preforming general housekeeping tasks
- Previous waste porter experience favourable
- Authority to Work in Australia
- Working with Children check
- Experience in aged care or hospital environment (desirable)
- Excellent time management skills
- Commitment to service excellence.
