About the role
Calvary is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Regional CEO Victoria and Regional CEO Tasmania. In this pivotal role, you will manage and coordinate a wide range of administrative activities, ensuring seamless operations for our executive leadership team.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing events, and handling minor financials. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in preparing reports, conducting research, and developing compelling presentations.
This role requires you to establish and maintain close, effective relationships with key stakeholders within the organization. You must possess the ability to work with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and initiative, consistently demonstrating professionalism and exceptional communication skills.

About you
- Minimum 5 years experience providing high level Executive Assistant
- Superior time management and multitasking abilities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
- High-level written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively with people at all levels, both internally and externally
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise demands, escalate where required, anticipate needs & forward plan
- Proactive attitude and determination to ensure required outcomes are achieved
