About the role
Your main duties will include:

Support the Clinical Manager in the daily operations of the ward
-
Provide guidance to staff in resolving issues and addressing patient concerns
-
Demonstrate strong organisational abilities and effective leadership skills

Actively participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team
-
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and audit processes
-
Collaborate effectively with clinical and support service teams across departments
About you
- Have current registration with AHPRA and at least 3 years post graduate RN experience
- Committed to promoting the mission and values of the Little Company of Mary with patient-centred quality care as the primary focus of service
- Effective working relationships with VMO’s, Clinical and Support Services and Staff
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service knowledge and practice
