About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Registered Home Manager with proven leadership in residential aged care management to lead our Calvary Lakes Entrance Aged Care home. This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader who can balance strategic oversight, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and resident-centred care.

You will oversee a dedicated team of approx. 100 clinical and support staff, ensuring excellence in care delivery to all residents. This is an opportunity to bring your leadership expertise and deep sector knowledge to a well-supported, purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

As Home Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire and mentor a large multidisciplinary workforce, ensuring best practice and high-quality outcomes.
• Drive operational performance of the home including accreditation, compliance, and financial sustainability.
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with residents, families, staff, GPs, Allied Health providers, contractors, and the wider community.
• Champion a culture of innovation, diversity and continuous improvement in aged care services.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver on strategic goals, ensuring alignment with Calvary’s Mission and Values.

About you

We are looking for an established leader who brings:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Extensive experience as a Home Manager or equivalent leadership role in Residential Aged Care.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance frameworks, and sector reform.
• A track record in financial and workforce management, including budgeting, rostering, and HR oversight.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and lead through change.
• A passion for resident-centred care and the ability to foster a supportive and high-performing team culture.
