  • Remuneration: $141,974 - $169,151 pa range + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through digital innovation? Join us as our Change Lead for the Single Digital Patient Record implementation and drive meaningful change that directly impacts patient care. As the Change Lead you will champion organisational change, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure seamless adoption of new technologies that enhance patient outcomes and clinical efficiency.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies
  • Facilitate training programmes and support clinical teams through digital transformation
  • Collaborate with NSW Health, clinical and corporate services teams to ensure successful system integration
  • Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change
  • Create communication plans to engage all stakeholders throughout the implementation

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven change management experience, preferably in healthcare settings
  • Experience and knowledge of working at Calvary Mater Newcastle
  • Strong understanding of digital health systems and patient record management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
