We are currently seeking a Leisure & Activities Officer (Lifestyle Assistant) to join our team – someone who not only loves engaging with residents but also has the ability and confidence to step up and coordinate activities when needed.
This role is more than just running programs. It’s about bringing joy, meaning, and connection into the daily lives of our residents. From planning and leading group activities, supporting one-on-one engagement, helping with special events, and introducing new ideas, you’ll play a big part in shaping our Lifestyle program.
We’re especially looking for someone who can take initiative, think creatively, and provide leadership support – whether that’s organising the monthly calendar, liaising with families and volunteers, or helping to guide the Lifestyle team in delivering high-quality activities.
