Join our team and work alongside the Service Manager and Case Managers to build and grow our service. In this role, you will:

Help expand and strengthen our team.

Meet with and secure new Support at Home clients.

Contribute to growing our community client base.

Be part of a supportive and purpose-driven organisation making a real difference every day.
Your main duties will include:

Meeting with potential new clients.

Securing leads to support business growth.

Meeting intake KPIs.
-
Monitoring the My Aged Care portal.

Managing referrals from the Commonwealth Support Program.

Working closely with the Service Manager to achieve intake targets.
- Sales experience
- Support at home knowledge and experience
- Driver licence required
