About the role:
Plan, coordinate and deliver high quality Physiotherapy care to patients/clients of Calvary Health Care Kogarah (CHCK) consistent with Calvary, NSW Health and South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) policies, procedures and standards.
This position will rotate across Rehabilitation Services within CHCK i.e. In-patient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU), Day Rehabilitation Unit (DRU).
Essential Criteria:
1. Qualifications in accordance with NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations’ Professional and Associated Staff Agreement 2022 and AHPRA registration and within their new graduate year on commencement of role.
2. Demonstrated core competency skills in Physiotherapy Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal skills, to both engage patients/clients and work effectively with the multi-disciplinary team.
3. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgement in the provision of clinical care using evidence-based practice, commensurate with years’ of experience.
4. Demonstrated high level organisational skills with the ability to respond to the demands and pressures of the role while managing time effectively.
5. Demonstrated commitment to the use and application of Professional and clinical digital technologies.
6. Ability to respond to the demands and pressures of the role while managing effectively.
7. Current unrestricted NSW Class C drivers’ licence or equivalent.
8. Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
