Apply a high level of professional judgement and knowledge based on the principles and standards required for best practice Occupational Therapy when conducting assessments and formulating, implementing and reviewing interventional plans for all rehabilitation patients
- To work as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team

To assist the Allied Health Manager in providing clinical leadership and professional support to Level 1,2,3 Occupational Therapists, students and Therapy Assistants as required by building capability, confidence, skill and knowledge
- Actively contribute to the strategic direction of the Occupational Therapy department and Rehabilitation Unit
- Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Registered or eligibility to register with AHPRA
- Demonstrated a high level of professional judgement, knowledge and experience in contemporary rehabilitation, patient-centred care and Occupational Therapy practice in the rehabilitation setting
- Proven record of achievement at a senior level demonstrating an ability to provide professional leadership, support and supervision to Occupational Therapists, therapy assistants and students, and other team members as appropriate
