- Calvary Health Care South Australia is seeking passionate and dedicated Graduate Registered Nurses to join our 12-month Graduate Nurse Transition Program (GNTP) across our three private hospitals in South Australia.

About the Program
- 12-month, structured transition program with two 6-month clinical rotations in either Acute or Peri-Operative areas at 0.8 FTE / 60 hours/fortnight (negotiable).
- Options to nominate preferred rotation areas

- Allocated Preceptors for each Graduate
- Supernumerary shifts at the commencement of each rotation
- No on call for the duration of the Graduate Year
- No night duty shifts for the first 3 months of the Graduate Program

- Not allocated to work with students for the first 6 months of the Graduate Program
- 3 paid study days over the 12 month program, included in your FTE.
- Monthly debrief meetings with Graduate Support Team
- Regular shoulder-to-shoulder support on shift
- Graduation ceremony upon successful completion of the Graduate Program
Who We Are Looking For
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor of Nursing and Registered with AHPRA. AHPRA Registration to be finalised prior to start date (early 2027)
- Less than 3 months of full-time RN experience in Australia or overseas
- Unrestricted working rights with the ability to work 60 hours / fortnight minimum.
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (Acute)
