About the role
You are a proactive and values-driven WHS professional who brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to safety within a healthcare environment. You thrive on building strong relationships, supporting leaders, and influencing positive safety outcomes across diverse teams. With well-developed communication, facilitation and negotiation skills, you confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive risk management, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. You are adaptable, responsive and committed to creating safe, supportive workplaces that prioritise health wellbeing.
Your main duties will include:
- Providing practical WHS advice and support to leaders and teams to ensure compliance, manage risk and promote a strong safety culture across healthcare settings
- Facilitating incident investigations, risk assessments and audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce harm and improve outcomes

Delivering safety coaching and engagement activities to build capability and embed safe work practices across hospital and care environments

About you
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum)
- Demonstrated experience in WHS roles, ideally within healthcare or high-risk environments
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and guide leaders in achieving safety outcomes
