About the role
 
Home Care is a strategic growth priority for Calvary, and we are investing in marketing capability to support the next phase of growth.

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Marketing Specialist – Home Care to drive awareness, lead generation, staff recruitment and customer engagement initiatives across Australia. Reporting to the Director of Marketing – Home Care, you will partner closely with operational leaders, General Managers, Care Advisors, COOs and external suppliers to deliver integrated and automated marketing campaigns that support growth and customer acquisition outcomes.

This role combines campaign delivery, stakeholder engagement, local area marketing, community engagement, customer insights, marketing automation, asset management and performance reporting. It is ideally suited to a proactive marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a stakeholder-rich environment.

Your main duties will include:
  • Deliver marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, enquiries and growth.
  • Develop and execute local area marketing initiatives, including advertising, sponsorships and community engagement activities.
  • Partner with operational leaders to identify and support business growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing suppliers, agencies and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, digital content and promotional materials.
  • Manage and refresh marketing assets, including photography, video, templates and customer stories.
  • Support customer journeys and marketing automation initiatives across email, SMS and digital channels.
  • Use CRM data and customer insights to improve targeting, engagement and campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build relationships with referral partners, community organisations and key stakeholders.
 
About you

Essential

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer growth.
  • Experience with customer journeys, marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Strong project management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience managing suppliers, agencies and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic, creative and commercially minded approach to marketing.

 Desirable

  • Experience in health, aged care, community services or a related sector.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing photography, videography or creative asset development projects.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on results.
