About the role
 
Calvary is embarking on a significant organisation-wide implementation of UKG Pro, transforming the way we support more than 18,000 employees across our hospitals, aged care, retirement living and community care services nationally.

We are seeking a highly experienced People Systems Specialist with proven UKG Pro expertise to play a hands-on role in the implementation, configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing support of the platform. This is a unique opportunity to join a major transformation program and directly influence the future of workforce technology at one of Australia's largest healthcare providers.

Reporting to the People Systems Manager, you will be a key member of the UKG Pro implementation team, providing technical and functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle and beyond. You will work closely with the project team and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the platform while supporting business readiness, user adoption and continuous improvement.

This is a fixed-term position to support the implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on system administration, configuration and technical support for UKG Pro.
  • Support solution design workshops, requirements gathering and business process mapping.
  • Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules in line with business requirements.
  • Participate in integration, system, user acceptance and regression testing activities.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, defects and user enquiries throughout implementation and transition to BAU support.
  • Partner with the implementation vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
  • Develop system documentation, knowledge articles and training materials.
  • Support data validation, security configuration and reporting requirements.
  • Drive ongoing optimisation and continuous improvement of the platform following go-live.
About you
  • Extensive experience working with UKG Pro (UltiPro) in a system administrator, HRIS, People Systems or implementation role in a complex environment.
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, defect resolution, data validation and security administration within UKG Pro.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide hands-on technical support.
  • Experience working with implementation partners, vendors and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
