 About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our large multidisciplinary team in the North Western suburbs of Melbourne. As a community-based Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our elderly clients, focusing on reablement to help them reach their full potential and continue to live independently in their homes.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting our clients maintain their independence, You will work with various funding bodies, including Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, CHSP, and privately funded clients.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Relevant qualifications in occupational therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care or community health
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
