Are you a passionate and driven leader with a strong background in project management and a deep commitment to fostering community well-being? Baptcare is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Full Time Living Well Together - Project Lead, working within the Quality, Practice & Perfo team based in Camberwell.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the Living Well Together project, a transformative initiative aimed at promoting holistic well-being and enhancing the quality of life for individuals and communities we serve. As the Project Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, implementation, and successful delivery of this groundbreaking project.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborative Leadership: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless project execution.

2. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

3. Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures to maintain high standards and ensure alignment with Baptcare's values and objectives.

4. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancement and implement innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes.

5. Community Engagement: Engage with local communities, building strong partnerships and ensuring the project addresses their unique needs and aspirations.

To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional project management skills, a track record of successful project delivery, and a deep understanding of community well-being initiatives. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities are essential. A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a related field is highly desirable.
