Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Community Services team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and activities, ensuring effective communication and organization.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, staff, and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the team with various projects and initiatives, contributing to their successful implementation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with database management.
