About the Role
As Quality Manager, you'll champion quality excellence across Baptcare's community services, ensuring our programs meet the highest standards while remaining true to our mission of compassionate care. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement robust quality frameworks, conduct meaningful audits, and develop innovative solutions that enhance client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement initiatives across community service programs
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
- Conduct comprehensive quality reviews and risk assessments
- Mentor staff in quality practices and continuous improvement methodologies
- Partner with leadership teams to embed quality culture throughout the organization
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
What You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field (Quality Management, Health Sciences, or similar)
- Proven experience in quality management within community services or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation processes
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
- Outstanding communication abilities and stakeholder engagement skills
- Genuine commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable community members
