This is an exceptional time to join our organisation. We are in an active post-merger transformation phase, bringing together three established care organisations into a unified national entity. Simultaneously, we are progressing multiple strategic acquisitions that will further strengthen our service delivery across Australia. This role sits at the heart of this exciting transformation, leading the integration of our acquisitions and ensuring seamless transitions that prioritise both our people and the customers we serve.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and milestones
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication strategies
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or community services
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with project management software and methodologies
  • Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable communities
