About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse – Grade 5 to join our team at our Strathalan Community in Macleod, Victoria.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality clinical care, supporting residents’ wellbeing, and ensuring dignity, comfort and respect remain at the heart of every interaction.

 

Salary- upto $64.95 per hour + 25% casual loading

Casual role with shifts across night duty (weekdays preferred)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting care staff to deliver exceptional, consumer‑focused care
  • Ensuring all team members work safely within their scope of practice
  • Maintaining clear, respectful communication with residents, families and colleagues
  • Managing medications safely and accurately
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and sharing insights with the team

 

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in aged care or working with older people
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and basic Excel
  • Able to meet the inherent physical and professional requirements of the role
