What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care
• Lead and support care staff with confidence
• Communicate clearly with residents, families & colleagues
• Ensure safe medication management

• Maintain professional development within your scope

What You Bring

• AHPRA registration (DIV 1)
• Aged care experience is great — but not essential
• Strong clinical foundations & a person‑centred mindset
• Confident communicator and team leader
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Police Check + relevant screenings
• Valid Australian working rights
