About the role:

We are seeking a motivated Home Care Worker to join the team in Geelong on a casual basis. The candidates need to be committed to delivering high quality care for our aged care clients both in home and in the community.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing services in the client’s house such as general house cleaning, tidying and shopping.
• Assisting clients in day to day needs to help keep them in their own home instead of seeking alternative options.
• Liaising with the care team regarding any concerns or feedback the client may have with Baptcare’s service to ensure we are meeting the needs of every client.
• Maintaining strict privacy and dignity with all information relating to Client care and promotes same with any other members of the team or contractors on site.

About you:

• Completed first aid certificate.
• Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with Elderly people is advantageous.
• Current Australian Drivers license and access to a registered and vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to meet and perform the inherent requirements of the role.

• Earn $34.58/hr - $37.35/hr plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time and mileage between clients
