About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (Grade 3A) to join our Victoria team on a 12-month contract basis.
We are primarily looking for nurses based in Southeast Metro areas; however, the role may require coverage across neighbouring regions.
The primary purpose of the In-Home Care (IHC) Registered Nurse (Division 1) role is to provide comprehensive clinical care to consumers in a community setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, best-practice care that meets consumer expectations and demonstrates a commitment to maintaining optimal dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life.
As a nurse, you will provide care and support that enhances the health and wellbeing of clients who continue living in their own homes. You will focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life.
Key Duties
- Deliver community nursing services, ensuring person-centred care through assessment, planning, documentation, and evaluation
- Implement interventions identified in each care plan and ensure the client’s response is evaluated, communicated, and documented in progress notes
- Facilitate a professional and compassionate approach to care
- Maintain clear, consistent communication while respecting individual privacy and dignity
- Ensure safe management of all clinical care tasks, including medication administration, infection prevention and control, wound care, and more
About You

You work collaboratively within a close-knit team, demonstrating respect and professionalism in your daily practice.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in community nursing
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in aged care or working with elderly clients
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and basic Excel
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a car
- Warm, compassionate, and reliable team member
