About the role:
BaptistCare is one of Australia’s largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in the Western Suburbs - Sunshine, Essendon and Maribyrnong
You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will support older people to maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence, enabling them to continue living safely at home.

About you:
- Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to assess and deliver individualised physiotherapy programs for aged care clients in a community setting
- Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
- Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
- Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission
- Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
