About Us

BaptistCare is a leading purpose-led care organisation, guided by our Christian identity and serving people and communities across Australia for more than 110 years. We support people to live better through aged care, home care, retirement living, community services, disability support and housing.

We know that life’s challenges can make our world feel smaller. With the right people alongside us, it can feel more connected, supported and hopeful again.

That’s what we work towards every day - enriching lives through communities of care. Today, more than 70,000 customers, 12,000 employees and close to 2,000 volunteers are part of our communities across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

As the PITC (Partners in the Community) Quality and Performance Coordinator, you will lead quality assurance and continuous improvement activity across community services delivery. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Monitoring and reporting on service performance against contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Leading internal audits, incident reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting frontline teams to embed consistent, compliant practice across service delivery
  • Preparing data-informed reports for leadership and key stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a quality, compliance, or performance coordination role within community services, aged care, or a related human services sector
  • Sound understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, including the Aged Care Quality Standards or NDIS Practice Standards
  • Proven ability to analyse service data and translate findings into actionable improvements
  • Strong written communication skills with experience preparing reports for leadership audiences
  • A collaborative approach to working with care and support teams — you build capability, not just compliance
