We are looking for Store Managers ready to take full ownership for a large, dynamic retail operation.

About the Role

This is not a typical Store Manager role. You will lead a large team in a fast paced, high volume environment with full responsibility for performance, people and execution. Reporting to the District Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop a large team across both Retail and Production functions
  • Take full ownership of store performance, including sales, productivity and operational outcomes
  • Drive results through strong leadership, clear expectations and hands-on execution
  • Oversee high-volume stock flow from production through to the shop floor
  • Build leadership capability within your team, including developing Retail and Production Managers as well as Assistant Managers
  • Partner with your District Manager to deliver strategic and commercial priorities
  • Create a safe, structured and high-performing store environment

What Your Day Might Look Like

This is a hands on leadership role where you are actively leading your team and running the operation. You might:

  • Review store performance and make real-time decisions to improve trading results
  • Lead and align your leadership team around daily and weekly priorities
  • Oversee both production and retail operations to ensure stock and sales targets are met
  • Coach and develop your leaders to lift capability and performance
  • Walk the floor to identify opportunities across customer experience, productivity and standards
  • Plan ahead with your District Manager on store performance and future initiatives

About You

You are an experienced hands-on leader who knows how to run large, fast paced operations and deliver results through people. You will bring:

  • Proven experience leading large teams in retail, logistics, hospitality or other high-volume environments
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to drive performance and make data-informed decisions
  • Confidence managing complexity across people, process and operations
  • A hands-on leadership style - you are visible, practical and lead from the front
  • Experience developing leaders and building high-performing teams
  • The ability to prioritise, adapt and perform under pressure
