Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving business success across multiple areas? selectability is looking for a highly skilled Special Projects Manager to lead and support critical initiatives across our organisation under the direct leadership of the CEO.

This versatile role offers the opportunity to apply expertise in finance, governance, compliance, project management, and business development while contributing to innovative solutions that enhance organisational performance.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • leading and managing special projects across multiple organisational functions
  • implementing and overseeing strategic business initiatives
  • supporting compliance in line with governance and regulatory requirements
  • developing and maintaining financial oversight within project execution
  • driving business development opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • collaborating with stakeholders to support organisational growth and business development
  • providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency

About you

To be considered for this rewarding role you will have:

  • extensive experience in finance, governance, compliance, and business development
  • demonstrated success in project management and business strategy
  • strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • ability to work across various organisational functions with agility
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills
  • highly developed analytical, problem solving, and numerical skills including the ability to compile, analyse data and prepare reports

Role Requirements

  • degree in Accounting/Business Management or Project Management or Law
  • travel to selectability sites and external locations is required
  • a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
  • a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You" completion certificate (or the ability to obtain)
  • a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland driver licence
