Salary Range:  $167,798 to $183,778 Gross per annum; 12.75% Super; and Professional Renewal Leave time plus allowance

About the Role

St Andrew's Catholic College is seeking a skilled and inspiring educational leader to lead our primary years as Head of College - Primary, commencing Term 1 2026 (start date negotiable).

Following the promotion of the previous incumbent to a Principal position, this executive position offers the opportunity to guide a vibrant, future-focused Primary Years within a thriving Prep-12 community.

Reporting directly to the Principal and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidate will provide dynamic academic, pastoral and administrative leadership; mentoring and supporting staff; upholding expectations; and actively contributing to the life of the College.

Work Requirements

  • Registered, or eligible to register, with Queensland College of Teachers
  • Participation in and commitment to the sacramental life of the Catholic Church
  • Understanding and commitment to education in the Catholic tradition
  • Postgraduate (Master level) qualifications (or willingness to attain) in leadership, education or religion 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • A strong demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision and ethos of Catholic Education
