About the Role

Student diversity is valued, and inclusive practices are central to the ethos of Catholic education. The Leader of Diversity (LoD) role plays a key role in fostering an inclusive learning environment by working collaboratively with staff to ensure the diverse needs of all students are recognised and supported. The role contributes to the holistic growth and development of every student and supports the school's commitment to equitable learning opportunities.

The Leaders of Diversity will work within whole-school initiatives to enhance inclusive teaching and learning practices. They support teachers in identifying and responding to diverse learning needs and contribute to improved educational outcomes through guidance, collaboration, and the development of effective support strategies and programs.

The Leaders of Diversity are active members of the School Leadership Team and contribute to the implementation of the School's Strategic and Annual Improvement Plans. Through leadership, collaboration, and professional support, the LoD helps strengthen inclusive practices across the school.
