Salary Range: Services Level 3 - $34.17 to $35.62 gross per hour plus 12.75% Super

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Maintenance and Groundsperson to join the team. 

This position would be highly suitable for an applicant that enjoys all aspects of gardening and has maintenance skills. 

Typical duties performed may include, but are not limited to:

• Operate and maintain grounds keeping machinery and basic tools, e.g. mowers, line trimmers, drills.
• Maintain simple records/administration.
• Maintain school grounds, including but not limited to playgrounds, ovals and surrounds, playing fields, gardens etc.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and maintain external areas of the school. 
• Maintain appropriate behaviours when engaging with children.
