We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for Industrial Services Operators to join our team based in Henderson, WA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy early starts, long days, and hands-on work across a variety of client sites.

You will be paid for every hour worked, including penalty rates for overtime, weekends, and work outside of standard hours.

Working as part of a close-knit, motivated team, you will deliver critical cleaning and industrial services across different industries. No two days are the same, and you’ll gain exposure to specialised equipment and real opportunities to grow your skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• High-pressure water jetting
• Vacuum loading
• Manual cleaning and general labour
• Operating industrial equipment such as vacuum loaders, combo units, forklifts, and jetting units
• Completing documentation accurately
• Providing professional service to clients on-site

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who want to grow with a supportive team.

Essential:

• Experience in physical, hands-on work
• Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, and HPWJ (High Pressure Water Jetting) certifications
• HR Truck Licence

Desirable (we can help you obtain these):

• Forklift, EWP, Skid Steer licences
• White Card

You’ll also need:

• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• A strong safety focus with a proactive mindset
• Willingness to work long hours and travel to various sites as needed
