We are hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to join our New South Wales team.
This is a terrific opportunity to carve out an interesting and fulfilling career path, with so much opportunity to grow and progress.
You’ll open doors, start discussions and form relationships via inbound and outbound calls. You’ll work across our commercial and industrial customers identifying and qualifying their waste management needs. You’ll be razor focused with your follow up, maintaining contact and ensuring you’re speaking with customers at the right time, just as they’re considering a change.
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and contact prospective as well as existing clients through outbound/inbound calls, who could benefit from our range of environmental services.
Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their sustainability objectives, compliance needs, and operational requirements.
Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments and match clients with tailored solutions that address their unique environmental challenges, focusing on value and ROI.
Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, coordinate, manage and progress through the sales pipeline, and track all sales activities in our CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our full suite of environmental services, including their benefits, applications, etc. to effectively communicate these to clients.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and other performance metrics.

Who you are
- You’ll have a minimum 2-4yrs of inside sales or business development experience.
- You’ll be customer focussed, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach to understanding client needs and offering value-driven solutions.
- You’ll have a demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system, ensuring you use our systems and resources to support your success
- People like you and you like people. Phone communication is a comfort zone, you’ll be confident and engaging, mastering the art of asking good questions and active listening
- You’ll have resilience and tenacity in spades. You won’t be knocked down by a customer saying no, you’ll be onto the next call, with your winning smile intact
- Whilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment
