What you’ll love

Step into a super start newly created role where you’ll take the lead in branch office administration and play a key part in daily operations. As an Administrative Supervisor, you’ll work closely with our operations team, liaise with multiple stakeholders, and manage customer expectations with confidence and professionalism. This role offers great exposure across the business, giving you the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small, dedicated team of admin and customer service professionals.
  • Ensure smooth processes and exceptional service delivery.
  • General office administration responsibilities.
  • Operational reporting, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Handling customer inquiries.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and operational systems

 Who you are

  • Previous experience working in a similar role with some management experience.
  • Strong leadership experience and capabilities, particularly around developing teams.
  • Waste industry experience is a bonus but not required.
  •  Looking for someone with the right mindset, skills, and enthusiasm to grow with the company.
  • High levels of energy, team oriented, attention to detail and focus to achieve great outcomes and results.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizing skills for self and teams.
