Who you are

Due to an increase in customers, we are looking for an experienced Administration Officer

To join our growing team based in St Marys.

Working as part of a great team, you will be involved in processing invoices, month end, database maintenance, data integrity tasks, liaison with various internal teams and undertake a variety of admin tasks as required.

  • You have previous experience working in a similar role, ideally gained from within the waste industry or other heavy industry environment 
  • You pride yourself on your exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills
  • You’re a confident problem solver – there’s no problem or issue too big that you won’t tackle and work at it until its resolution for our team and clients
  • You’re a collaborative team player, who takes initiative, are keen to learn and flexible to float and assist with the day to day running of the business as required
  • You’ve strong PC literacy in MS Office, especially Excel and experience with ERP systems would be ideal
