We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Support Officer based in the Head Office in Sydney (Mascot), NSW.

Are you an organised, proactive, and an enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting dynamic teams? We’re looking for a driven Administration Support Officer to join us on a 12-month journey that promises variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real impact! This role supports the National Accounts Receivable team.


How you will make an impact

  • Provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders by handling inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain and organise customer, files, and databases as required
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Process customer direct debit forms and save in accordance with PCI compliance
  • Prepare and submit customer Refunds for approval
  • Complete Vendor forms received
  • Manage Credit Team, Accounts Receivable and Credits inbox daily
  • Action PCP after hours voice mails
  • Action Creditor Watch risk alerts as required
  • Process purchase order receipting and approvals daily as required
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
