What you’ll be doing

  • Lead your team with hands‑on guidance on diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, fuel systems, cooling systems, etc
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance, ensuring all machinery remains service-ready and compliant.
  • Manage procurement and inventory, raise POs, order parts, track stock, and oversee admin
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet logs, maintenance history, and compliance documentation
  • Enforce safety & compliance protocols, including inductions and procedures.

What you’ll bring

  • Qualified diesel mechanic with an HR driver’s license (mandatory)
  • Proven leadership experience or willingness to step into a leadership role, managing both employees and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated experience with heavy vehicles (Front & Rear Lift trucks) and plant machinery
  • Competency with basic IT tools
  • A calm and adaptable approach under pressure
