As a National Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who've already reached out to us — responding to enquiries, understanding what they need, and matching them with the right waste and recycling solution. Most conversations start with a customer who's already asked to hear from us, so your focus is on delivering a great experience — not cold calling.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and web
• Follow up with customers who've expressed interest, and proactively reach out to potential customers as opportunities arise
• Recommend the right service solution based on their requirements
• Prepare and present quotes, answer questions, and help customers get started
• Coordinate onboarding so new customers have a smooth experience
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

About you

• Confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping customers
• Organised with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new systems and using a CRM daily
• You take ownership and see things through to completion
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not essential — we want someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn
