REMONDIS are looking for an Area Sales Representative to join our team for on a 12 Month Max-Term Contract. Reporting to Field Sales Manager, the Area Sales Representative is responsible for selling waste management solutions within the Central Coast region.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop new business opportunities to achieve budget and growth targets
- Maintain and grow the existing client base through regular engagement
- Strengthen customer loyalty to support service agreement renewals
- Promote a strong safety culture through hazard identification
- Identify opportunities to expand services within the existing client base
- Deliver professional customer service and complete administration on time
- Implement processes to manage and respond to sales leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
- Provide tailored commercial and industrial waste management solutions
- Collaborate with Operations to resolve service issues and meet customer requirements
- Report on sales activity, customer insights, competitor activity, and KPIs
Who you are
- You’ll bring experience of business to business sales and will be able to share your track record of results in winning new business and/or retaining existing accounts
- To deeply understand how to best help our customers, you listen more than you speak
- You communicate well, and your written and verbal style when interacting with customers is as friendly as it is consultative
- You’re able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system, ensuring you use our systems and resources to support your success
- You’ll be a skilled presenter, able to engage customers with the necessary skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Whilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment
