We’re currently seeking a passionate People Experience Coordinator to join our Melbourne based team.

 

About the role

The People Experience Coordinator provides tactical support to our People Partners across each market. The People Experience Coordinator is key to delivering remarkable employment experiences to all employees; and is responsible for all HR systems and processes to support the quality delivery of HR programs, projects and initiatives across Movember. The role will collaborate with stakeholders across Movember with a focus on continuous improvement and providing a better ‘People Experience’.

 

You’ll have the opportunity to

  • Be the first point of contact for HR enquiries
  • Support the People Partners and the Talent Acquisition team in end to end recruitment efforts in the Europe, US and Canadian markets
  • Own end to end onboarding processes globally, including ensuring all required documentation is up to date, creating job offer documentation, coordination of new employee setup, inductions, 3 month check ins and probation reviews
  • Own end to end offboarding processes globally, including coordination of exit surveys, departure checklists, tech offboarding and working with finance to arrange final payroll & separation documentation
  • Manage administration of HR systems including employee database (BambooHR), payroll (ADP), engagement surveys (Culture Amp) and the intranet (The Stache)
  • Prepare employment agreements and documentation relating to other matters such as employee changes e.g., change of hours, department transfer, salary adjustments, parental leave, etc.
  • Provide support for development and educations sessions including document development and coordination of sessions
  • Coordinate annual staff engagement surveys
  • Provide regular reporting to ensure accuracy of information in relation to headcount, turnover, engagement surveys and other defined areas as required
  • Work closely with the People Experience Manager and People Partners to identify and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and people experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organisation and action any required improvements to systems and processes

 

For this role, you’ll need

  • 2-3 years HR and administration experience
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a local team and a larger global team, whilst also working autonomously when appropriate
  • Flexibility to attend calls outside normal work hours, including fortnightly global team meeting and other meetings as required
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations in an efficient and calm manner
  • Proven discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office programs, including intermediate / advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn other software packages/systems
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and ‘think on your feet’

Bonus points for

  • Relevant undergraduate degree; HR, Commerce, Business, Psychology
  • Experience working with BambooHR, or other HRIS system
