About the role

We are on the lookout for a committed and enthusiastic individual who loves being in service and connecting with people to join our Icons Cafe team as our new Full-Time Team Leader. 

Our Icons cafe, provides our customers with a cosy atmosphere to grab a drink or bite to eat before their journey, or browse our range of gifts, wines, chocolates and more, all locally sourced! 

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous experience working as a barista or in a cafe environment 
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
• Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are
• To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
• To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning and late nights 
• RSA preferred
