As an Assistant Store Manager for our Relay store based at Auckland Airport, you will provide friendly, attentive and efficient customer service to our valued customers whilst also providing basic sales & customer service support to your team.

To be successful, you will need:

• An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical so that you are leading by example for your team!
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
• Commitment and accountability to ensure you can manage the stores effectivity in the absence of the Store Manager
• To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
• To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning, late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid working rights as well as the ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card
