 Act as a junior business partner to various stakeholders providing financial planning and analysis in all aspects of the business unit performance, including sales, gross margins and promotional analysis, wages, stores expenses, as well as specific KPIs.

Support the preparation of financial analysis that will provide meaningful insight into business performance and take a pro-active approach to the investigation of performance issues.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Participating in monthly P&L review, including reconciliations, analysis, summary tables and accompanying commentary
• Preparation and distribution of specific weekly/monthly reports
• Supporting the preparation of the bi-annual forecast, the annual budget and 5-year plan
• Preparation of analysis and presentations
• Upload of actual and forecasted management accounts into global reporting portal

Successful applicants will have the following experience and attributes:

• Tertiary Qualifications in an Accounting, Business or related degree
• Currently studying towards CPA/CA qualification highly regarded
• First experience in a similar role (including internships) highly regarded
• Excellent time management and attention to details
• Proficiency in Excel highly regarded
• Computer literacy, and confidence learning and using new applications
