We have two opportunities for experienced leaders in hospitality who thrive in a fast paced, varied, and hands-on role with a strong focus on customer service and providing quality coffee product.

• Venue Manager – Bellissimo
• Café/Retail Manager - Bound

You will lead by example and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many ‘hats’ to ensure our brand is well presented and our customers’ desires are fulfilled.

We are looking for leaders who will:

• Motivate and lead from the front and ensure all team members perform tasks according to standards and procedures in this fast-paced environment
• Provide a high standard of customer service and be a true brand ambassador
• Oversee daily store operations including ordering, rostering, staff management
• Be proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams
• Demonstrate knowledge of regulations relating to food safety with confidence in training teams in food safety standards
• Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency
• Be responsible for stock control and waste management
• Bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
• Be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning, late nights
