We are excited to invite expressions of interest from talented managers to join our Recruitment Center of Excellence (CoE). The CoE will play a critical role in driving consistency, fairness, and effectiveness in our hiring processes.

About the CoE

As a member of the CoE, you will have the opportunity to:

- Contribute to the development of standardised interview processes and evaluation criteria
- Take part in training and programs to enhance your interviewing skills
- Participate and form part of interview panels for a variety of roles around the business to conduct interviews, assess candidates and provide feedback 
- Support process implementation, and participate in open days and recruitment events
- Provide feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement

This fantastic opportunity is open to all current Assistant Managers, Store Managers and Warehouse Managers keen to contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape our recruitment processes.

Time Commitment

Being a member of the CoE will form part of your current role and will require some commitment spread over the course of the next 6-12 months with regular meetings and tasks expected.
